Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead and mentor a residential sales team across a designated area. You will drive activity, coaching, and performance to exceed sales targets while collaborating with Operations to align goals.

The role requires field presence, strong leadership, and experience in pest control or related services. Travel within territory is expected, with compensation including benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proficient with MS Office and sales data analysis.
Ability to train and coach frontline sales staff.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with the support of Operations to align goals and drive performance.
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance and focus on skill development and improvements.
Provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory as needed.
Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs to improve communication and identify development needs.
Ensure team meets activity standards and sales targets.
Set a strong example in character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.
Monitor revenue objectives progress and APITDA realization with Operations.
Monitor start rates and relationships with Operations leadership.
