Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to guide district operations, build a strong management team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will interview candidates, plan responsibilities, and drive program implementation across the branch to meet growth and profitability targets. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–7 years in a leadership role, and strong financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years Branch Manager or equivalent level experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the pest control industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability goals of the Branch and deliver legendary customer experiences.
• Interview job applicants and select top candidates and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the operations and service management team for smooth branch flow.
• Drive implementation of programs and initiatives by motivating and supporting district management.
• Review environments and key business indicators to identify problems and coach teams to improve performance.
• Support and audit roles with operations, sales, and office leadership positions.
