Job summary

Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a Branch Manager to direct operations, customer experience, and profitability at our Michigan location. The role focuses on improving service levels, managing inventories, and leading a team to meet annual goals.

You will oversee pricing strategies, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations, while mentoring staff to uphold our standards and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum of 1 year directly managing a large team in a wholesale operations setting.
• Experience operating forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and competently.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Experience with OSHA safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs, promotes, and coordinates branch operations to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve budget goals.
• Manage budgets, inventory control, facility safety, and staffing while meeting deadlines.
• Lead and develop branch team; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
• May mentor other Branch Managers and represent Johnstone Supply at events.
