Job summary

TruGreen in Andover, MA seeks an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead all sales activities at the local branch and drive growth. You will develop branch sales plans, manage performance, and guide a team of sales staff.

Responsibilities include executing marketing programs (door-to-door, direct mail, inside and outside sales), generating leads, and supporting closures. Travel across routes is required to cover the market effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years in lawn/horticulture agronomic field or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Travel to all door-to-door routes within the market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales planning at the branch level to meet objectives.
• Execute marketing programs (door-to-door, direct mail, inside/outside) to drive growth.
• Lead generation and support in closing sales as needed.
• Address customer issues related to sales and service.
• Organize training for sales personnel on service and selling techniques.
• Manage workflows, schedules, and track weekly sales performance.
• Develop and maintain performance standards and corrective actions.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and staffing of 10+ reps.
