Grainger’s Pearl Harbor branch in Hawaii is hiring a Branch Sales Associate for a full-time, customer-facing role. You will welcome walk-in customers, help select the right MRO products, enter orders, prepare will-call and shipping items, and support showroom replenishment while following safety guidelines.

Compensation is hourly at $20.34–$25.44, with benefits starting day one, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.

• Must be able to pass a military background check.
• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safe picking and loading of products.
• Look for opportunities to maximize sales and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in-person interactions.
• Prepare will-call orders and shipping products; stage stock as needed.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment; perform inventory counts.
