The Universal Banker at Citi, New York, is an entry-level, part-time role supporting sales, products and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. You will help open basic accounts, resolve service issues and refer opportunities to segment partners to grow relationships with consumer clients.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and escalate/control issues with transparency.
