Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience from product selection to order entry.
• Safely pick and load products for customers.
• Look for ways to maximize sales and loyalty.
• Adapt communication to email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare backorders and stage will call orders.
• Help with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain branch appearance and follow safety guidelines.
