Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Branch Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs at Cincinnati 581 operations. You will train workers, ensure compliance with PCI Target Zero plans, and help develop a strong safety culture.

Required: 3+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30/500/501/510 certifications, ability to travel to sites in the Cincinnati market, and the physical capability to perform duties in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 30, OSHA 500, 501, 510 certifications are required.
• Must be able to travel to job sites in the Cincinnati market.
• Able to stand and work outside for extended periods; physically able to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch with implementing and administering safety plans and procedures.
• Provide safety training and coaching to workers.
• Prepare monthly reports to GM and Safety Manager.
• Identify and mitigate safety hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison with client and regulatory agencies on safety matters.
• Lead site inspections and safety audits.
