Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Branch Safety Supervisor to lead safety programs, coach workers, and drive a culture of safety and compliance across projects in the Cincinnati market.

The role requires OSHA 30 plus certifications, 3+ years in construction safety, and ability to travel. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, safety reporting, and incident investigation skills to support site safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 30, OSHA 500, 501, 510 certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to travel to job sites in the Cincinnati market.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to convey information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch with implementing and administering accident prevention plans and procedures.
• Provide safety training and coaching to workers to improve compliance.
• Conduct job site inspections and safety audits to establish and maintain standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly safety reports to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between company, client, and regulators on safety matters.
