Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' construction safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist implementing PCG and client accident prevention plans, policies, and procedures.
• Provide safety training and resources to the branch and workers.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate safety and health hazards.
• Conduct job site inspections and audits for policy compliance.
• Promote safe work practices through coaching and engagement.
• Investigate and report injuries and near-misses; enforce corrective actions.
