Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5+ years Rental or Sales experience
• 3+ years experience in Rental product line and outside sales
• 2+ years experience managing others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced)

Responsibilities

• Sets appointments with prospective customers and performs customer retention visits.
• Overcomes customer objections and sells the value of the product.
• Develops fleet planning information with recommendations for Director of Rental.
• Ensures rental contracts are properly completed and vehicles are ready.
• Recruitment and development of staff; perform appraisals.
