Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years Rental or Sales experience required.
• 3+ years Rental product line outside sales & counter supervision.
• 2+ years experience managing others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office environment, advanced.
• Understanding of marketplace conditions to maximize fleet utilization.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales/Marketing: Set appointments, perform customer retention visits, and sell value.
• Rental: Complete contracts, ensure ready vehicles, cash handling, AR duties.
• Personnel Management: Hire, train, supervise, and appraise staff.
• Coordinate and maintain data in marketing database.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Provide rental counter training and supervision.
