Job summary

PCI Dallas is seeking a Branch Quality Engineer to lead quality programs at the Midlothian, TX facility. You will partner with branch project teams and the Regional Quality Manager to drive QMS effectiveness, track KPIs, and address risks and OFIs.

Responsibilities include auditing, corrective/preventive actions, quality planning for product lines, and mentoring quality team members. Travel up to 60% is required, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant construction quality leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Familiarity with QMS concepts and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining QMS and quality plans for the PCI Dallas operations.
• Lead quality programs and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Prepare and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CARs/PARs).
• Interface with project teams and customers on quality inquiries.
• Develop training materials and lead toolbox talks.
