Job summary

Towlift, Inc. is seeking a Product Support Manager at our Columbus branch to oversee parts and service, ensuring branch operations meet customer expectations and corporate objectives.

You will lead staffing, cost controls, and performance metrics, while fostering a positive team environment and driving growth for the branch. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in management with mechanical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in management, developing teams and leading people.
• Previous mechanical experience required.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective prioritization and Project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch product support departments with reporting and tracking.
• Maintains relationships with customers to drive new and continued business.
• Manages staffing levels for technicians and office staff.
• Supports HR onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Achieves annual operational and financial benchmarks.
• Promotes safety standards and corporate safety initiatives.
• Provides support to local sales team to grow branch performance.
• Develops and maintains process documentation and training for staff.
