Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related managerial experience with knowledge of branch operations and sales–customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership in coaching, performance building, and staff development.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with tact and innovative, risk-aware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of branch performance, including sales growth and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery to all clients in a consumer-oriented branch.
• Coach and develop branch team members to achieve sales targets and service goals.
• Monitor sales engagements and ensure quality customer consultations with effective lead management through Salesforce.
• Oversee staffing functions: recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, evaluations, coaching, and addressing performance issues.
• Identify and escalate risks promptly and drive resolution.
• Foster a positive, high-performing branch culture that strengthens associate engagement.
• Develop market intelligence and communicate strategic direction while building tailored sales strategies.
