Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries and to communicate with regulatory agencies or business community.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to top management and groups of customers, vendors or employees.

Responsibilities

• Improve the operations systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership to facilitate decision-making based on business knowledge and organizational values.
• Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help branches achieve objectives.
• Directs, coordinates and delegates activities of departments to achieve goals.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop others.
• Collaborate across departments to drive productivity.
• Increase productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements.
• Maintain level of service across processes.
• Meet with Branch Manager and leadership to review achievements and discuss changes.
