Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, part of the Sonepar USA family, is hiring a Regional Operations Manager for Austin, TX. The role oversees multiple branches, leads efficiency initiatives, and partners with sales to drive operational excellence.

You will manage inventory, logistics, and area-wide training while leveraging Power BI to monitor KPIs. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure superior customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of clerical or administrative experience in the electrical distribution industry.
• Proficiency with Solar/Eclipse ERP software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives assigned by the Regional VP.
• Oversee property and building management.
• Maintain asset management and tracking in the area.
• Support Branch Managers and Warehouse Leaders in training and development.
• Coordinate area-wide operational training sessions and events.
• Liaise between sales and operations across branches.
• Drive warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management standards.
• Provide actionable, executive-ready summaries and insights.
