Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
• Willing to learn forklift operation within 90 days.
• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles is helpful.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Background in equipment rental or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Enter orders and data into the computer system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information for vehicles and services.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform clerical duties including word processing and filing.
• Process paperwork for auction day and secure approvals.
• Follow established procedures under supervision.
• Assist with yard duties and basic vehicle upkeep during sales.
• Record vehicle information and assist with check-in.
