Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to support yard and customer-service tasks at our Bowling Green facility. You will handle clerical duties, data entry, and hands-on yard work including loader operation and vehicle check-in.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication, with a willingness to learn forklift operation within 90 days and the ability to work outdoors in all weather alongside supervisors.

• Stay alert to hazards around heavy equipment.
• Outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, telephone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform word processing, filing, and clerical duties.
• Process paperwork for auction day and approvals.
• Follow procedures under supervisor guidance.
• Learn automobile titling.
• Assist with other office functions as needed.
• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance for auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Assist visitors and direct them appropriately.
• Operate loader as needed.
• Report policy violations to supervisor.
• Serve as SME for Yard Attendants, Loader Operators, and CSRs.
• Other duties as assigned.
