Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee for our Jersey Village, TX branch. The role focuses on learning all branch operations, shadowing due to multiple roles, and progressing toward Branch Manager.

You will participate in outbound calls, customer service, and inventory management while developing leadership skills. The program emphasizes hands-on training, internal promotions, and a strong team environment within a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Learn all branch operations and the Branch Manager role through shadowing or performing duties across CSR, inside sales, warehouse, drivers, and branch manager functions.
• Maintain and grow branch sales by communicating new products, services, prices and promotions to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone and email; process orders, purchases, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in warehouse operations and safety procedures; operate a forklift as needed.
• Support management in leadership development and performance management as training progresses.
