Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to join our East Orlando, FL branch. The program includes shadowing or performing every branch role and graduating to Branch Manager. Online assessment is required for consideration.

This role emphasizes customer service, training, and strong teamwork to meet business objectives in a fast-paced HVAC environment at a global company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to learn and perform branch operations and progress to Branch Manager.
• Strong customer service/relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support branch sales by maintaining house accounts and communicating about products, services, and pricing.
• Keep customers informed about services, supplies and new products; conduct outbound calls as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone calls and emails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare sales activity reports.
• Learn and perform CSR/Inside Sales, Warehouse, Driver and Branch Manager duties as part of trainee program.
• Work with management to ensure showroom/warehouse safety and organization.
• Assist in warehouse operations and forklift tasks when needed.
