Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee in Carrollton, TX to learn all branch operations and progress to Branch Manager. Online assessment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 1–3 years in customer service, retail or HVAC
• Ability to learn branch operations and progress to Branch Manager
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Willingness to shadow and assume multiple roles within the branch
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Help the branch build its sales including the new business component by helping to maintain house accounts through active Dealer communication of new product launches, services, supplies, prices and new products sales and or discounts via outbound calls and in house counter discussions.
• Maintain sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, phone calls and e-mails.
• Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates - ensure accuracy of information being entered to guarantee correct item(s) are ordered.
• Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with the organization, products and services
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities and manage inventory levels.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and keep current with latest trends within the industry
• Learn the roles and responsibilities of all functions and responsibilities within the branch including: CSRs/Inside Sales Representatives, Warehouse Associates, Drivers and Branch Manager.
