Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years customer service, retail or HVAC preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn branch operations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Help the branch build its sales by maintaining house accounts, communicating with dealers, and outlining new products, services, and pricing.
• Carry out CSR duties: counter transactions and face-to-face customer interaction.
• Perform warehouse duties including forklift operation, loading/unloading, and will-call orders.
• Assist in driver duties: delivery process and documentation; comply with DOT regulations.
• Learn and apply branch manager responsibilities: timekeeping, inventory control, asset protection, and employee relations.
• Maintain sales programs in territory and inform customers about services, prices, and new products.
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, calls, and emails; process orders and quotes accurately.
• Keep records and reports on sales activities; manage inventory levels.
• Expand HVAC product knowledge and stay current with industry trends.
• Understand and support roles of all branch functions and cooperate across teams.
