Culligan By WaterCo in Town of Islip, NY is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee store operations and drive profitability. You will lead staff, set performance goals, and ensure service quality while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing the branch P&L, budgets, deliveries, and service calls, recruiting and developing the team, and using market trends to sharpen competitive positioning. Salary range: $100,000–$120,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Direct responsibility for P&L performance including revenue, costs, margins.
• 5 years of experience in plumbing, operations, management, and marketing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all profit and loss related activities for the branch.
• Lead staff, set performance objectives, and assess performance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Manage branch payables, inventory, receivables.
• Respond to difficult customer inquiries and service calls.
• Recruit and onboard new hires.
• Improve branch efficiency through process improvements.
