Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Branch Manager to lead sales growth, oversee facility operations, and train branch staff, ensuring quota attainment and regulatory compliance. You will mentor a team of sales personnel, implement safety programs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environmental services operation.

The role involves coordinating with Route Sales & Service, maintaining inventory, reporting results to management, and delivering safe, high-quality service across the branch

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operations experience in environmental services.
• Experience with environmental services highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work behaviors in line with HCC safety guidelines.
• Oversee sales growth and facility operations within defined geographic area.
• Direct and monitor activities of all sales personnel.
• Ensure on-time quality of all customer services each period.
• Provide training for all branch personnel.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with EPA, OSHA, and DOT requirements.
• Report branch sales results to management.
• Maintain inventory of branch products.
• Assist Route Sales & Service Representatives as needed.
