Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in a supervisory or sales-management role.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Sales experience with ability to convert prospects into customers.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High level of integrity and work-ethic.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain branch security and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Attend weekly branch manager meetings and coordinate staff.
• Manage workflow and provide backup to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support outside sales force and assist in building orders.
• Generate and execute product shipments and transfers.
• Develop and maintain customer accounts, handling inquiries and problems promptly.
• Penetrate targeted accounts and grow revenue from the client base.
• Maintain professional image and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage call schedules and utilize sales data to improve efficiency.
