Overview

Nova Leap Health Corp is a leading home care agency dedicated to helping older adults continue to live at home. We provide personalized home care services and solutions to fit the client and family. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and manage the operations of our Tulsa, OK branch location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills with experience in home care, home health, hospice, or similar healthcare setting.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise home care staff.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive branch culture.
  • Drive sales growth through business and referral development activities.
  • Oversee branch's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Manage billing and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of home care regulations and standards.
  • Obtain/maintain administrator certification through state approved agency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology.
