Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise all staff at the Auburn, WA location, ensure a safe workplace, and drive toward the annual EBIT and sales goals while meeting customer expectations for parts and service. You will hire, train, and develop personnel, plan schedules, review performance, manage inventory and accounts, and lead monthly sales meetings to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy duty truck parts industry with supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise branch staff for multiple roles (counter sales, warehouse, drivers).
• Review work and ensure effective performance; plan staffing and schedules.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and manage EBIT and sales targets.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction with service quality.
• Oversee inventory, invoices, payments and collections with accounting.
• Ensure branch appearance, inventory accuracy, and timely reporting.
