Deans Services in Missouri is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations, payroll, safety, warehousing, production and sales. You will plan staff and resources, manage costs, and ensure profitability while leading a team and driving process improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience and a minimum of 4 years in management; MS/MA/MBA preferred. Relocation may be available, pay $85K-$105K with potential growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate Degree and two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• MS/MA/MBA preferred in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn care services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience of 2 or more years as a Branch/Site Manager strongly preferred.
• Minimum four years of management experience required.
• Knowledge of budgeting and profit & loss; strong operational and financial acumen.
• Excellent leadership, staffing, delegation and performance management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generates revenue by servicing new and current program customers and by recommending additional services.
• Submits payroll for all branch employees.
• Responsible for safe operations and safety rating of the branch.
• Coordinates warehousing, production, and sales in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Oversees petty cash and branch checking account.
• Develops plans for efficient use of materials, equipment and employees.
• Responsible for branch fleet (vans and pickup trucks) and production equipment maintenance.
• Evaluates production costs and inventory control to maintain profitability.
• Evaluates performance, salary recommendations and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Prepares corporate reports and ensures recruiting, interviewing, and staffing align with budget.
