What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory control, and facility management
• Coach and support your team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe logistics and fulfillment
• Oversee performance metrics, cost controls, and operational reporting
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Drive continuous improvement through training, process oversight, and team development
• Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required, college coursework a plus
• 5+ years of relevant operational or warehouse leadership experience
• Background in electrical, tool, or industrial supply distribution preferred
• Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and warehouse performance metrics
• Solid understanding of inventory control, logistics, and facility operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems; Eclipse ERP experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions independently
• Strong ability to collaborate across departments and build team alignment
• A people-first leader who thrives on developing others and driving operational success

The Opportunity:

• $89,000 – $100,000Base Salary(based experience)
