Alameda Electrical Distributors is seeking a Lighting Project Manager II in Hayward, CA. You will manage projects from concept to completion, collaborate with customers and vendors, and ensure exceptional value for lighting accounts in a fast-growing, independently owned environment.

What You’ll Do

As aLighting Project Manager II, you’ll be the go-to expert and critical connection point for our lighting customers. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, solve problems, quote projects, and collaborate with customers, manufacturers, agencies, and our outside sales team to ensure we deliver exceptional value every time.

Key Responsibilities

• QuoteCommercial, Industrial, and Residentiallighting projects accurately and on time
• Interpretfixture schedules, blueprints, and one-linesto understand project needs
• Partner withmanufacturers and lighting agenciesto gather data and manage project flow
• Serve contractors and customers by providing product guidance and project support
• Manageinbound/outbound sales communicationand maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers in selecting the best lighting products and applications
• Handlefreight claims, track deliveries, and provide accurate stock info
• Analyze transaction reports and provide data for internal systems
• Work closely with Outside Sales to keep accounts supported and informed
• Oversee sales activities: purchasing, problem resolution, delivery follow-through & more
