Timpte, Inc. in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead the Parts & Service Center. The role oversees sales targets, costs, and service productivity, while managing branch staff and partnerships with customers.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of managerial experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Occasional travel may be required; position is on-site.

• Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.
• Focus on improving performance, productivity, safety and shop efficiency at the CSC location.
• Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions; daily management of branch personnel; ensure policy compliance.
• Develops and maintains positive relationships with customers and resolves elevated customer issues.

Timpte is looking for a Parts & Service Manager for our Customer Service Center in Council Bluffs, NE!

Pay for this position

Pay for this position is $90-110k per year (Depending upon experience) + annual bonus!

Total compensation potential

Total compensation potential up to $135k!

What You'll Be Doing
