We’re looking for an experienced candidate that is responsible for leading the Company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and analytical functions across multiple manufacturing operations and CSC locations. This position provides financial leadership and decision support to operations and executive management through analysis of financial results, standard costing, profitability, capital investments, and operational performance.
Pay for this position is $150k/year base + Monthly Bonus and Annual Bonus! Total compensation potential of up to $170,000/year!! Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting field and 5-7 years of comparable experience in Accounting, Finance or related required. CPA highly desired.
Strong knowledge of standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and manufacturing operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel financial modeling skills required.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Access, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
