Responsibilities

• Open and close rental agreements; manage related paperwork.
• Inquire about equipment damages when customers return equipment.
• Perform weekly yard checks for inventory and reconcile information.
• Answer incoming calls as needed.
• Perform check-in/check-out inspections on trailers.
• Pull trailers and prep for customer deliveries.
• Coordinate inspections and availability with rental office.
• Update trailer specs/data in systems.
