Mckinney Trailers in the western United States seeks a Branch Operations Assistant to support local branch operations with customer service, accounting, administration, and inspections.
You will handle vendor/customer setup, invoicing, licensing, rental coordination, and yard inspections, including operating yard goat and moving trailers.

The Branch Operations Assistant position is responsible for supporting local branch operations through effective customer service. This position will handle multiple accounting, administrative, customer service, and inspection duties.

A college degree is not required, but preferred. High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, percentages and proportions to practical situations.
