AMD Distribution is seeking a Branch Manager in Spring Valley, MN to guide a diverse team across warehouse, office, and customer-facing functions. You will lead with integrity and accountability, drive safety and operational excellence, and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in leadership or operations, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership or operations experience.
• Strong goal orientation and motivation to achieve results.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Integrity and a team-first attitude; continuous improvement.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided).
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Building materials experience or mechanical aptitude (preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams across warehouse, operations, and administrative functions.
• Oversee daily operations for safety, accuracy, efficiency, and service.
• Manage inventory processes: receiving, storage, shipping, delivery.
• Set clear performance expectations, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to boost productivity and profitability.
• Maintain facility and equipment to support safe operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align with company goals.
