AMD Distribution, part of the Installed Building Products family, seeks a Branch Manager in Spring Valley, MN to lead diverse teams across warehouse, office, and customer-facing functions. The position requires 2–5 years in leadership or operations, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset. Work hours are 7 AM–4:30 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of successful experience in a related leadership or operations role.
• Strong goal orientation, discipline, and motivation to achieve results.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training available).

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams across warehouse, operations, and administrative functions.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storage, shipping, and delivery.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to drive productivity and profitability.
• Maintain facility and equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to support company goals and strategic initiatives.
