Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership or operations experience in a related role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach teams.
• Experience overseeing warehouse, office, and customer-facing functions.
• Safety standards and policy compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch teams across warehouse, operations, and admin functions.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, accuracy, and customer service.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, storage, shipping and delivery.
• Set performance expectations, coach and evaluate staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity and profitability improvements.
• Maintain facility and equipment for safe operations.
• Collaborate with leadership on goals and initiatives.
