Job summary

Omega Morgan is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, sales, safety, personnel, and client relations in Idaho. The role reports to the Regional General Manager and focuses on driving performance, strengthening safety culture, and positioning the branch for profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of operations or project leadership in industrial services, with strong P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading operations or project teams in industrial services (rigging, heavy haul, crane or logistics).
• Strong grasp of P&L, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in safety leadership and incident reduction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate regional operational, sales, and administrative activities to meet growth, profitability, and safety goals.
• Serve as on-site leader with visibility to crews, supervision, and customers.
• Implement company strategy locally and provide input on tactical adjustments.
• Drive safety, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead incident investigations.
• Oversee pricing, estimating support, and proposal execution with the sales team.
• Manage branch P&L, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships in Idaho.
