Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
• Must be able to travel up to 15–20% and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual objectives and expense budgets for the branch.
• Ensure orders, scheduling, and billing are up to date in the system with the Office Administrator.
• Manage staff hours and shift coverage based on branch needs.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team environment aligned with company values.
• Communicate reports and goals to all departments; monitor operational issues.
• Plan staff meetings and branch events; promote safety and compliance.
• Oversee safe work practices and provide adequate support to staff.
• Interact with customers and leaders to ensure client satisfaction and service improvement.
