RelaDyne, a leading provider of automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations in Rocklin, CA. The role collaborates with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service to drive profitability and exceptional service.

The position leads branch staff, supports hiring and development, and manages pricing, invoicing, and month-end processes while aligning with corporate budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop branch employees.
• Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor branch performance, gross profit, margins, labor, and other KPIs.
• Partner with the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Controller on budgeting and business planning.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales orders, pricing, invoicing, and month-end processes.
• Manage fuel and lubricant pricing, rebates, and customer-specific pricing.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Supervise warehouse and purchasing functions and ensure efficient inventory organization.
• Identify operational trends and implement solutions to improve branch performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
• Communicate effectively across sales, warehouse, customer service, and administrative teams.
• Support corporate initiatives, acquisitions, branch realignments, and satellite locations as needed.
