Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple branch locations, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee daily operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while driving financial performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple locations or regional operations.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead through change.
• Proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable regulations.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Manage regional operating budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve goals.
• Ensure facilities, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained for safe operations.
• Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and act as champion for change.
• Travel up to 50%.
