Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager for Leaf Landscape Supply in Austin, TX. You will assist the Branch Manager with branch operations, focusing on sales, service, and delivery while driving market growth and maintaining a safe, efficient facility.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to work with promotions and daily tasks such as order entry and purchasing. Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Landscaping/agribusiness exposure preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, internet).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with all branch operations, including sales, service, delivery and development strategies.
• Maintain branch culture and enforce policies and procedures set by management.
• Ensure a clean, safe and orderly branch operations environment.
• Stay aware of new products and promotions; support advertising initiatives.
• Handle daily tasks: order entry, phones, purchasing, deliveries, end-of-day procedures, pricing, and sales taxes.
• Focus on exceptional customer service and expanding market share.
• Other duties as assigned.
