Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in landscaping or related field.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience (Divisional or Production Manager).
• Proficiency in business software, mainframe systems, and the Internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel.
• Bilingual communication preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch goals with executive leadership to align with objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients for satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee and support branch leadership in training and development of crew leaders and staff.
• Ensure proper execution and renewal of client contracts with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and report branch performance, collaborating with corporate teams to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on staffing, training, and performance management.
• Identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and QA measures.
• Conduct site visits and audits to uphold service standards and client expectations.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment as a top priority for all branch activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bilingual communication skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Project Management, or a closely related field is a plus.
