Job summary

SPEC Building Materials Corporation in Tulsa is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to learn every segment of our business and culture. This full-time program prepares you to run your own branch after successful completion.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, product training, inventory, logistics, and leadership. Candidates should have a four-year degree in marketing or business and a strong entrepreneurial drive.

Qualifications

• Preferably a 4-year BS in Marketing/Sales, Business Degree.
• Two years of Industry (or) Industry related experience in Building Materials.
• Two years of work experience.
• Read, speak, and write the English language to communicate with vendors, customers and other branch employees.
