Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for our Dallas location to lead all administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficient processes, strong customer satisfaction, and optimal resource use. You will supervise non-sales staff, manage warehousing, and partner with Sales and Customer Service leaders to align execution with company goals.

The role reports to the CEO and requires hands-on oversight of compliance and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in distribution or administrative/operations environment.
• At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-sales branch functions including admin, order fulfillment, and office operations.
• Manage warehousing functions: receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and safety.
• Directly manage operational staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Produce regular branch performance reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
