Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve branch goals.
• Identify staffing needs, participate in interviews, and make hiring decisions.
• Address performance issues through corrective actions, such as warnings or PIP.
• Monitor branch performance including budgets, P&L, and financial metrics to meet profit targets.
