Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the branch business plan and operating budget.
• Direct daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Review progress toward sales forecasts and operational goals and take action as needed.
• Define level of service aligned with sales volume and profit margins.
• Provide staff development and training for branch employees.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory and purchases according to projections.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance at the branch.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions' products.
