Job summary

Vancer is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee multiple branch functions, including operations, parts, service, sales support, logistics, and P/L performance. You will lead a team, hire and develop staff, and implement efficient processes to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction across the branch.

The role requires strategic planning, KPI tracking, and adherence to safety and environmental guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including operations, parts, service, inside sales, transportation and logistics, P/L and staffing.
• Build and manage a capable team through hiring, training, delegating, appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Lead branch management to drive revenue, deliver top customer service, and sustain productivity.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen competitive position and profitability of the branch.
• Set goals, monitor work, and ensure objectives align with Vancer's mission.
• Prepare annual business plans forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and growth.
• Resolve customer service issues to maintain high service levels.
