Job summary

MSHS Pacific Power Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role coordinates operations, maintains standards, and supports corporate goals while driving branch performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills with a track record in operations management and process improvement. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management, operations management, or a supervisory leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong understanding of business operations, customer service, and operational management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company objectives.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch employees, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Lead and develop two direct-report managers, supporting their effectiveness in overseeing a team of approximately 15 additional employees.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and employee development activities.
• Monitor branch performance, identify operational challenges, and implement solutions to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Partner with regional leadership and corporate departments to support business goals and operational priorities.
• Promote a customer-focused environment and ensure customer needs and service expectations are consistently met.
• Support customer service initiatives, sales activities, and overall branch business development efforts.
